To ensure the smooth trial production of the East Plant (Phase II) project, SINO-HIGH collaborated with the Nanjing Chemical Industry Park Fire Department on January 9, 2023, to conduct a comprehensive emergency drill simulating hazardous chemical production accidents.

The drill simulated a fire incident in the tank farm of the East Plant. Upon receiving the alarm, the company’s Emergency Command Center activated the Emergency Response Plan for Hazardous Chemicals Production Accidents based on the incident classification criteria. Rescue missions were deployed via the emergency communication system, and specialized teams swiftly arrived at the scene to perform emergency response tasks. Under the unified command of the on-site chief director, the Emergency Response Team, Security and Evacuation Team, Pollution Control Team, Medical Support Team, Logistics Team, and Technical Response Team executed coordinated actions. The drill included the following scenarios: emergency evacuation, search and rescue, emergency rescue operations, fire suppression drills.

After the drill, Staff Officer Yu from the Nanjing Chemical Industry Park Fire Department provided on-site feedback. He emphasized identifying gaps in emergency response procedures through practical exercises, addressing weaknesses with targeted measures, and eliminating potential risks to ensure incidents are contained at the earliest stage.

SINO-HIGH will leverage this drill as an opportunity to refine emergency response mechanisms, develop optimal solutions, and strengthen safety assurance for the new project’s trial production.
